My experience at Storwell Self Storage on Executive Court was seemless!! Upon arriving at the office, Alia greeted me with a smile and provided me with amazing customer service. She took her time to explain the process, showed me several units and answer all my questions. As I have never rented a storage unit before, I appreciate her knowledge in assisting me which one to rent. Unlike other storage companies Storwell is upfront with the cost and the facility is very secure and clean. I feel that my property and myself are in good hands with Storwell. I was completely surprised and impressed by the help, patience and advice from the team. From the manager to the staff all great people!
The storage units are very clean and well managed. I was worried about whether my antique wood pieces and art would be ok, and there were no issues at all. They also have a number of sizes which is very helpful given I also stored bulky items.
The location of the facility right off of the 401 and the size of the location is impressive and convenient.
I needed help in a pinch and this team were there for me. Really glad I made this choice and will definitely return and recommend them to others!

Excellent Service! I lost my card and thinking I would never had a unit, but the associate at Storwell came up with a solution and even gave me a discount. I was in my downtime, and super tired from moving to new home, so he was being so helpful. Been accessing the unit for a month, the code was very easy, and not too complicated to get into my unit. the place was always clean and look organized all the time. Great job, Thank you Storwell!

Over the years I've probably gone to three other storage facilities while living in Toronto. This is by far the best one I've dealt with.
Security is always on point. Things I kept in the unit always felt safe.
The ease of access and location was amazing and the staff was even better. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The only reason why I left is that they have no outdoor heated units.
Which is understandable but overall I had a fantastic experience here.

I just started renting space from these guys and so far the experience is right on point. I highly recommend using Storwell Self Storage for a few reasons. Customer service is top notch. I dealt with 2 different employees who were both very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I walked in and had a storage unit within 15 minutes after speaking with the customer service representative that was working that day. The price was right and having 24-hr access is very convenient. The storage units were also very clean.

I chose Storwell Etobicoke because the location is great (right beside the highway exit), their prices are very competitive, they have a wider range of unit sizes than other places in the area, and the facility is very well kept. But the best thing about this place is the awesome staff: Laura was incredibly friendly and helpful, was happy to show us a bunch of options, and just made the whole process super easy. I visited a bunch of storage lockers to compare, and this place stands out head and shoulders and more over the others. First of all, Laura and Ilona were super helpful, patient and friendly. They took the time to explain everything carefully and to show me the lockers. They are both multilingual also.
The facility is clean, neat and bright. All lockers are easily accessible from the car. Importantly, their storage fees are pretty stable compared to other locations which might change prices after only four months or every six months. This really does feel like a family business where they do things the old fashion, honourable way.
Once I know when to get my lockers, I will use this facility. It's just a lot cleaner and simpler for my monthly planning. Besides, both Laura and Ilona to be very much on top of things and proud of being there. Having people who care about their work makes a huge difference.

As a recent empty nester, I needed to remove some clutter to get minor repairs and painting done. Your office team were amazing to work with. So helpful showing me different locker sizes and providing rental options. Every time I go trip something off access is easy and I see my things are stored safe and secure, and I can drive right up to load/unload.

I stopped by over the weekend and rented a storage unit. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, showed me different storage units and reviewed different pricing options. The place looks very clean and well maintained, prices are competitive and the overall process of getting a unit was very straight forward. They are very transparent and you can be sure there are no hidden costs, also no contracts required in that you can cancel at any time and only be charged for what you use. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage, they have great customer service and great prices, you can't go wrong.

I was moving from out of country and needed a self storage unit to store my belongings. Storwell made it very easy to arrange remotely. I got a unit which I could drive up to which made loading/unloading very easy. The storage unit was very clean and the property overall is very well kept. The Mississauga location is conveniently close to Uhaul and the GO station.

The ladies at the front were very polite and quick to assist with all our needs/wants for a unit. We were able to get signed up and access to our unit within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend.
Also a huge benefit of the units at Storwell are the ceilings. They are quite high (10Ft) as opposed to the most common 8 ft ceilings with other storages. This makes it efficient for stacking
I can see myself coming back here in the future for any storage that may need to be done.

Before getting a unit here at Storwell I originally had a unit at storagemart and they used to close after 10pm but being a buiness owner it's hard to gauge when you'll actually need to access your unit and they also had multiple floors and it was just a maze (Storage Mart) but with Storwell everything is beyond accessable you can even drive your car right up to your unit with zero problems
Honestly I could go on and on about why Storwell is by far the best storage place I've been but I implore you to just come and see for yourself because seeing is believing to some but if this review alone is all you need then what are you waiting for?
You will not regret it at all I wholeheartedly can make that promise
10000/10 would recommend to everybody but not everybody needs a storage unit lol

We dealt with a representative named Lance. He explained everything about the storage unit process. Very straight forward and easy to understand. The unit was shown to us at our visit.

Storwell is conveniently located 2 mins off the highway. Wonderful staff and an exceptionally clean facility. Needed storage for just over a month and the manager Judith guided me with a unit that would be best fit my needs at an amazing price! Storwell Self Storage in Etobicoke is an excellent facility that I have been using for 8 years. They have a good variety of locker sizes to meet your needs and provide around the clock access. It is a safe storage site with multiple layers of security for peace of mind. The climate controlled buildings are a nice addition for keeping your belongings in good condition, no matter what nature they are.
The office is always there if you have questions or concerns. They have very accessible hours and will process your request with ease. It’s always a pleasant experience when dealing with Storwell staff especially Maysa and Laura. Their friendly personalities add even more value to the operations.
The buildings have also had a complete replacement of all roofing shingles in the past few years. Very large investment I’m sure to keep the contents safe and dry.
I recommend Storwell Self Storage for your needs.

I shopped 6-7 competitors for best value and selected StorWell: 24/7 access with security code was terrific; the storage area was clean with plenty of parking, and I got a free lock. At first I have been looking for storage online and I saw storwell driving on the highway going home got home check it online easy to communicate with them and if you don’t they will actually answer or try to communicate by calling txt and email. Very good for me because I am in a rush everytime but anyway came on a Saturday and walk in the office you see a lady that will greet you with smile name Judith like my moms name anyway she answered all my question show me in where to go and check what is the sizes that will be best for me to have next thing you know not even an hour she gave me the storage number my entry code and all the regulation have a locker for myself even I leave when my rental is done I could have. And also how secure their storage are for example turnin that slight turn you will see police cruiser stand by most of the time or hide. Some where which is good and also we have 24 hours of entry very nice and no stairs or elevator to go too

Really good, hands-on service! Judith was such a huge help in deciding what kind of unit to rent. I’ve been wanting to get a storage unit for a while now. So today I drove by Storwell Self Storage & decided to drop in. I was greeted by Michela, who was very pleasant & helpful.
I mentioned that I was in a hurry, so she quickly gave me the rundown with costs, as I was shown the different size units.
I felt comfortable in accepting the great value offered to me & we closed the deal.
I was thinking to myself, if I knew that it was this affordable, I would have had this storage unit, much sooner.
There was no need to search further. I have found exactly what I was looking for, at a great price & in a convenient location(right off the 401).
I have a heating service company & I know this storage unit will benefit me, BIG TIME!

The best storage facility I have ever used: period. I have flipped some real estate over the last few years , and from time to time I've been caught between properties. When that happens I have to put everything I have in storage, usually on short notice and I've used a number of facilities and none of them matched Storwell Self Storage on Royal Windsor. I'm so glad I found them. They are always available, and they go out of their way to accommodate my needs. When I need storage they provide it with no complications. If I need to increase my space, they allow me to move to a bigger unit on a second's notice. The whole facility is very clean, and you can clearly tell its well maintained and completely vermin free. You can be totally confident that when you lock your unit your items are safe, secure, insured and no little critters are going to sneak in through an opening in the wall somewhere to nibble on things or make a nest. Which has happened to me in another facility. Speaking of other facilities, Storwell has a famous competitor nearby and yes I have used their facilities.. By comparison to Storwell their place is dark and dirty and in my opinion very poorly managed. I tried them once: I've used Storwell 3 times, once I found them I never went back. This is my third stay with Storwell, and this time I took one of the larger units and I've been here a number of months with zero problems, zero concerns. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else. And on another note, the people who run Storwell are very nice, professional and accommodating. They make you feel valuable and welcome. There is almost a sense of community here. These people really enjoy what they do and its clearly reflected throughout the whole facility. Believe me when I say this, I've done this for a number of years now and I know great service when i experience it. At Storwell the people are great, the facility is clean and secure, and the rates a very fair. I'm a customer for life. I strongly recommend you try them out, I'm totally sure that like me, you'll be completely satisfied.

I have used several storage places in the past. This one takes the cake. I have to say firstly the customer service there is TOP NOTCH !! I dealt with Lance and he was fantastic, my matter was a bit of a unique one and he helped tremendously. He was thorough, he explained all the details perfectly, i was able to get a unit all set up and done in less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful with the sizes etc, He is the ONLY reason actually I ended up choosing this place right away. I was going to look around but after dealing with Lance i felt no need to. The great things about this place, its 24 hrs, you can get in and out any time you are not limited to specific hours, its a very clean spacious facility. You dont have to pay for a key they provide you one !!! Thats amazing.
The office has coffee water etc. Even when i went in there was another person in there speaking about how great the service is.
This place is convenient, easy, clean and has amazing specials if you are a first timer !!

Great place to store anything you might have for a short or long time. We used 2 large storage areas and one small and the security in and out of the gate was easy and safe. Great friendly staff if needed and they were always willing to answer any questions. Highly recommend this storage place.

After many calls to many storage facilities, I was recommended to check out Storwell Self Storage. This was close to 4 years ago.
If you are looking for arguably the best storage facility; the Storwell at 83 Executive Court is my suggestion. It's less of a business, and more a family. All the staff is extremely friendly, and compassionate in times of need. There is 24hr staff for any issues you may have. Washrooms are always kept clean and stocked. The facility in general is kept very well. 👌 Maintenance is at at all time high. I can't say I ever felt worried with my belongings kept here. A new roof was installed last year. What else can I say.... Nothing but good things really.... Highly Recommend!

Firstly, this is a much bigger facility than you imagine when you see it from the road. They have hundreds of units. And all the units are ground floor garage door accessible. This was important to me because I didn't want to haul items onto an elevator and up 4 floors. The staff have been incredibly helpful and super friendly. The unit I rented was spotless. They clearly take pride in offering a first class storage experience.

We will only needed a storage locker for just over a month. We looked at some other locations but Storwell Self Storage stood out as being the most secure and cleanest. The staff (Two amazing knowledgable individuals) were helpful, patient especially while explaining everything in detail and making sure we had the space that suited our needs without going into something that was more than necessary. Rented a 10 x10 unit for few months at this location. Good price and I had a good deal with a month free. Location is very convenient with 24h access, which was good for my schedule. Communication was always great! Ilana always responded by email or phone call. They were always prompt to help since the beginning of my agreement. I have no complaints and will return as a customer if needed.

This was our second time using a storage facility, and our first using Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga location).
What sets Storwell apart is the fact that they have polite, considerate, and patient personnel, who are there to assist with any questions that might arise throughout the booking process (and thereafter).
Manda (at the front desk), took the time to show us a few storage units that might fit our needs. She then found us a larger storage unit at a moment's notice when it became apparent that we had underestimated the size required. Manda did all of this with unwavering patience and consideration.
Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga) genuinely cares about their customers. We received a phone call one afternoon informing us that we had not securely locked our unit (a potentially devastating oversight on our part). The personnel at Storwell had taken the time to ensure that we were informed of the situation, and let us know that everything was kept safe and secure until we came (back) to secure the lock properly.
The staff at Storwell Self Storage consistently go above-and-beyond to see that all customers are pleased with their service.
Gabriela (at the front desk), was also very pleasant to deal with when there were some last minute changes to our storage rental unit plans. She was friendly and accommodating while patiently responding to all of our questions.
We would *highly* recommend Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga) to anyone looking for a safe and reputable storage facility.

This place is worth giving a try over the other big names that we are used to seeing. From location, price to staff and their service. It has been amazing. The manager Judith here is very friendly and helpful. The staff Micky, Rebecca and Lance are people who really know what customer service feels like. Storwell Self Storage is one of the best storage spaces that I have used. It is not just about storage. It is about the prompt service and cleanliness around the property as well. Judith who is the manager at this location is such an amazing person. I have seen her help everyone that she can. Lance, the representative I have dealt with mostly after Judith reflects the work environment which translates into happy customers as well. There are other ladies here who are equally helpful for your storage needs. I initially started with one unit but I have returned for a second one. I have friends whom I recommended this storage facility and they too have moved here. The prices, prompt service, options combined with cleanliness and accessibility is not something that will be available everywhere. They really do have the formula nailed in. Couple of my friends have moved over from Public storage and the difference was night and day for them too. If you are on the edge I would say give this place a try they wont let you down. I am very attentive to details and picky when it comes to things I want my way and I believe if people can satisfy me they would be able to satisfy many others for sure. Judith always tries her level best to accommodate within the means allowed by corporate so the customers don't feel neglected. Without a doubt the team here is top notch!

Ive been with Storwell for sometime now and I'd never rent from anywhere else EVER! No matter what time of day you visit this location is always spotless! Location is very convenient! Best prices! I was frantically looking for a place to store my things last year November. I needed available, accessible, and AFFORDABLE. Storwell provided me with all of that, they’re significantly cheaper than the other facility south of Markham rd, ceilings are higher than the smart stop facility, and it’s all ONE FLOOR! Customer service is good and the receptionist a prettier lol. Not to mention they are open for longer hours on the weekends. They also give great deals, I got an extra 4 weeks free. Lastly the best part is the raffles and give aways its non stop care at Storwell. I recommend it, use it or you’re gonna lose it lol.

On Sunday Feb 6th 2022 my daughter and I went into the location on Royal Windsor Drive, Mississauga and as soon as we entered the office we were greeted by a customer service representative Amanda and she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome.
I asked Amanda a lot of questions about the pricing and various units available and she was so friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions.
We will be booking a unit once we have confirmed dates and we are really hoping that there is a promotion at the time of booking.
I would absolutely recommend this location.

Excellent and friendly service! Clean facilities. Convenient location.
Judith was extremely friendly and welcoming the moment I walked into the office. She answered all my questions and assisted me with finding the perfect sized locker for my needs. She’s very knowledgeable and always greets customers with a huge smile.
The property is well lit and they have maintenance staff on site 24/7. I feel quite safe accessing my locker no matter what time of day.
I chose this location based on convenience, price and staff friendliness. I am not disappointed!

Storwell self storage is by far superior to other storage companies.
The Scarborough location is gated, extremely well lit and I have no safety concerns when there in the evenings.
What puts them ahead of the others is the extremely competent, helpful and courteous customer service.

Highly recommend this storage facility - clean and very secure. Easy to get started with them and then everything is highly automated, unless you have an issue - then they are attentive and quick to respond/resolve the issue. The location is also extremely convenient for regular access, and the grounds are well maintained (snow removal etc).
Will be recommending to any friends/family in the area if they have storage needs, and will be a return customer if the need arises.

Have been renting a unit for many years. (Lost count how long it’s been) for my small business. The staff have been very helpful as long as I have been there.
When, I have had to upsize or downsize the unit. Would head to the office. Judith and others working at the front desk over the years. Always greeted with a smile. Taking care of me by arrange whatever my visit needs would be or concerns.
Love taking the time to stop by once in awhile to just say hi! See how things are going. Knowing they enjoy it too.
Grounds of the property are clean and in order. I personally would highly recommend to anyone looking for unit to rent.

Started my storage rental at this location in December 2021 and used this facility until today! Easy to access clean units and you have access 24x7. Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow some tools to disassemble a small piece of furniture and they were able to help me with that. Emails always have a fast reply. Ilona and Laura go beyond the expectations to offer a great service. I highly recommend this location as they are close to QEW making access easier.

I have been using Storwell for over a year now.
I have used many other storage facilities in my time, however, I must say, this location has been my favourite by a fair margin.
The staff is excellent, the security is top notch....I've had to switch storage space sizes on several occasions...never once was it a problem.
I wish all storage facilities operated with the same professionalism and effficiency!
I just switched units again, and the staff was spectacular, allowing me to take the entire weekend to make the switch, and even loaned me a lock to secure things.

Update: we just concluded our tenancy at Storewell. My initial review held up all the way through! We did shop around when we were first looking and their pricing is definitely competitive and on par with others, but I have to say the customer service here really does make all the difference and sets them apart from the rest. Thank you Storewell and if we ever need storage in future we will definitely be back!

What an awesome place! Signed up to reserve a storage unit online, which was quick and easy. Storwell's example videos of their units and what they fit was a great help and missing from so many other storage sites.
On-site, Judith helped me complete the registration process and set me up. She was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful and I was really impressed by her customer service, which set the bar for my perception of Storwell. On top of that, the office and location itself are really professional and CLEAN! Beyond that, it also appears that Storwell is really active in the community, sponsoring youth sports and other local activities. Couldn't really ask for more - happy with my storage unit, the service and the brand of Storwell. Top notch place, highly recommended.

This was our first experience using a storage facility. We needed to store a houseful of furniture after selling our house to downsize, and awaiting our move into our new place. Storwell was recommended to us by our realtor. We rented a large unit for 10 months, as well as an additional smaller unit for a few months only. Overall, it was a great, hassle-free experience. Customer service was excellent, pricing was transparent, and the facility itself was clean and safe. No damage to our items. Highly recommend, and would use Storwell again for sure (but our plan is never to need to! :)))

I needed a storage unit on short notice. The staff was very prompt and replied to my online inquiry within an hour. Once on site, the lady who got me set up was extremely courteous and helpful. She took time to carefully walk me through the billing process and fee structure to make sure I understood everything before signing the paper. The grounds are pristine. No cigarette butts in site, the grass around the property is kept neat, and there is no wayward trash (small paper, plastic, etc.) anywhere. The storage building and unit were equally clean. No curious smells or foul odors and everything is well lit, dry, and smoke-free. Whenever I came to pick up or drop something off, the staff would wave “hello” which is just nice. And when I needed to end my rental (moving to a larger home), the staff was happy to accommodate and did not try to weasel an extra few weeks/month out of me as places have in the past. If you're looking for a well price, well-maintained, and excellently staffed storage facility, this is it. If I need another in the future, I'll likely come back.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. Everyone we have been in contact with (lovely front desk ladies) have been stellar. They are so helpful and kind. The units are clean and secure. You have access to the unit 24-7 with individual access codes you create. All the units are on ground level, so no stairs. We needed to get a larger unit on move in day and it was no problem at all. They made this whole process painless. It's a family owned business and you can tell they take good care of their employees because everyone is so happy and willing to help you. They connect to you on a personal, human level, they don't just see you as a form on income. We will definitely be using them again, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit. We can not say enough good things about this storage location. Conveniently located right off the QEW. Well kept amenities. (Bathroom located on site was always very clean when ever we needed to use it.)

While shopping around for a storage unit I found that Storwell's true care for their customers shines through in their service. I chose this location after doing an abundance of researching on local self storage facilities. I went through., contacted and visited 11 other facilities within Scarborough and this location had the best value for the price. Not only was it the best price I could find it also had everything our company was looking for.
My biggest points were security, 24 access, gated location, and pricing of course.
Not only did the location itself have everything I needed, I was also provided with excellent customer service. The manager is very thorough, straight forward but at the same time very friendly, also including his colleague.
I’ve seen some complaints on certain issues but to be honest if you pay attention during the sign up process everything is explained to you.
I’d recommend this place anyone.

Great location, right next to the highway! Units are secured behind a gate accessed by user specific pin code or access card for entry so security is great. Units are accessible 24 hours a day. Staff was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this location.

I came to Storwell, (which was an amazing experience), after having used another very popular storage facility, where, after 5 months, I went in to find my valuables covered in rodent pellets; I discovered a small hole at the base of the concrete wall, where dead leaves and dust, (and the rodents), had accessed the room. When I pointed it out to the management, the man shook his shoulders and said he would get it fixed. They didn't even compensate me for what had occurred. I immediately decided they obviously didn't care about their clients and gave them my notice.
I came to Storwell with little faith in the storage business, but my doubts quickly vanish! Everything is clean, and the Storwell people are friendly and very supportive. They treat you like a family member, yet professionally and with dignity. I would recommend them to anyone, and especially anyone who is storing for the first time. The Storwell team are trustworthy and caring!!

I used their services for only a short period of time, but I must say you get the sense of being part of the family. They were very nice, helpful, mindful or all my needs. They took the time to help me with the correct size of unit I may require.
This was my first time ever having to use a storage locker and it could not have been a better one. Ilona walked me through the whole process, she was so nice to deal with and took the time to listen and provide me with my best options.

We used Storwell Self Storage during the time we are preparing our house for sale. It was very convenient for us to know that the facility was open 24 hours, 7 days a week and with security in placed, we had peace of mind. We can get in anytime we would like to with the code numbers the facility provided. Storwell Self Storage is one of a kind. It is very clean, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and most of all knowledgeable .Special mention to Maysa who immediately provided us with a smaller unit on the spot! She is absolutely amazing! Also, thanks goes to Iona who works together with Maysa to make sure our last month payment will be credited back to my husband's account. I salute these two ladies who work hard to provide quality service to their customers. I strongly recommend Storwell for anyone who is looking for a A class storage. This Facility is very Clean and well maintained. The Staff is very Professional and courteous. There is 24hour access which makes it convenient to access your storage whenever you need to. There is also content insurance available. They provide you with a payment schedule, so you can be reminded of when your payments are due and if you do happen to forget, they will make a friendly call to remind you so you can avoid having to pay late fees. We needed Storwell Self Storage in a 'Hurry'. They had us set up within minutes and we were using our storage unit immediately ... it took so much stress off of us. Have been a long term customer of this storage facility. From day 1, storwell has been nothing but amazing. They have multiple locations in key neighbourhoods in the GTA. A couple of things our company very much appreciated: great staff like Elizabeth in the Scarborough location and the staff at the Etobicoke location are absolutely impeccable at customer service and are very accommodating. Both locations are 24 hr accessible and are clean and easy to navigate. Last but not least, prices are excellent and provide our large company the option to streamline logistics locally. These people are flexible and accommodating.
At 5 pm my movers told me what I had on the truck would not fit into the locker I had rented. The Storwell office closed at 6 and I was an hour away in rush hour traffic. I called Storwell.
The agent, Elizabeth (I believe) spoke to the manager, Ilona. They arranged for me to have a another locker steps away, and left a lock on the inside of the locker. So when I arrived around 8 pm with the movers I had my two lockers ready to go.
Ilona arranged for me to come in later to fill in the necessary paperwork for the second locker. Ironically I never need that second locker
The point is these people realized my problem, , and so extended themselves to help me on a cold blistering night. I respect them for that, and wish more people were service oriented rather than policy restricted.

Storwell at Scarborough is a wonderful self storage! At first I reserved a 10 x 10 unit for the stuffs that I would move from Ottawa to Scarborough. On the moving day my mover found that my stuffs were too much for the unit I reserved. Just by one call from Ottawa, Paddy (Office/Site Manager) made the necessary arrangement to give me a bigger unit and had it ready for late night move in. Paddy is very nice and efficient and she handles all transactions professionally. I surely recommend Storwell Storage to my friends.

the staff at storwell looked after us for over 2 years. they were always kind, understanding, supportive and accommodating and professional, especially when situations arose last minute. we needed to downsize to a smaller space from a larger unit one year into our stay and they made the transition easy and trouble free.
the 24 hour facility access is a definite bonus.
we would use storwell again, and we recommend them highly.

I've been renting two units at Storwell Scarborough for several months now. Location is very convinient, easy to access the 401. Units are clean, dry and well maintained.

While looking for a locker to store my daughters wedding and new house furniture ,awaiting the closing of their new house I came into your store to inquire costs and availability. I was greeted with a most helpful sales person who gave me all the information needed related to my criteria for the proper size locker needed. It so happened that it was not necessary for me to get the locker but would certainly consider this location for any of my future needs. Thanks for the great service.

The moment that we walked in we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the front desk located at 300 Evans Avenue in Toronto. The manager Ilona took time to show us different unit sizes and choose the right one for us. The storage is well design, very clean, with drive up units and Great prices!! We love the location which is right off the highway and the 24hr access!! Best of all again was dealing with the amazing staff especially Ilona and finding a safe and great storage!!

I've been using Storwell for 18 months for my business, and I would recommend them to anyone who needed a storage facility. The staff are excellent, reliable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. As a small business owner I have always noticed and appreciated the staff making my life easier. The yard was clean, plowed or shoveled in the winter as soon as it snowed, and open 24/7. Combine this with the reasonable rates, location near major highways and you have a winner! Look no further for your storage needs!

I needed a short term facility and this was the perfect location relative to where I needed to move items into storage. Liona was very helpful and processed the paperwork very quickly! She was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs whether they are short term or long term. The facility is very clean and tidy and also secure.

The Storewell location on Evans was used by my family for the last 2 yrs.It is a well kept and secure location and I would recommend or use it again if required.

The lady at the desk explained rates and service offered and showed us different types of lockers and gave me options to fit my budget. The place is clean and I can access it anytime with sensors to turn the lights on.
It's my first time renting and even though I didn't get one month free she gave me a deal.

Very very easy to work with. Helpful staff ready to not only answer your questions, but to go the extra mile and make arrangements to help make your life much easier. I had to have a friend move all the things in after hours, and they were more than helpful on the phone. If I need a storage again, I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

I have been renting 4 separate storage units from this location and I have always had a smooth, pleasant experience. The first facility I went to for excess storage needs for a few months while I was moving.
First class handling of customers by Shelly, she even rememberd me the few times I had to visit the office.
Exeptinally clean and well run. A bit expensive but the benefits are very useful.

From start to finish, my experience with Storwell Self Storage was easy, pleasant and convenient. The front-office staff are professional, helpful and pleasant. The renting process is straight-forward. The storage units are clean. The facility is safe. The location is very convenient, whether you live downtown (like myself) or are coming from the west end. The rates are reasonable.
I would certainly recommend Storwell to anyone looking for a safe, clean, reliable storage facility with professional and pleasant staff.

I initially contacted another company that I found on line but the representative that I spoke with was so rude and aggressive and kept demanding my credit card information so I decided not to go with that company. I kept looking on line for a storage company and I came across Storwell Self Storage. The receptionist was very friendly and offered for me to come to their location for a tour. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Storwell from beginning to end. When John and l moved and had to put our stuff into storage he looked around and found you. You have great staff and friendly at all times, as time was getting difficult you were understanding . When we had to move some of our stuff out last Sept, little did l know how short life could get but you helped me out when l needed it. When John passed away you were understanding when l couldn't get there and when l needed to move to a bigger unit your staff were there to help. The units are very clean and well kept. You have great and friendly staff that works for you.

When I was looking for a 25 foot slot at the Etobicoke Storwell location, they did not have one available but found a spot at the Mississauga location. Other things came up and a few days later the Mississauga Storwell folks contacted me to let me know a spot meeting my needs was still available.
When I went to the location, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was signed up in a few minutes and ready to go.
The storage site is well situated on Royal Windsor Drive, not far from the QEW. No problems and no hassles and I am pleased to recommend Storwell for your storage needs.

I have had a storage unit here for 15 years. I love the flexible hours and the ability to get to my storage unit anytime. The security is very good. I feel safe when I am there after hours. The staff are very friendly and quick to resolve any problems.
The only thing that I would like to see is discount rates for long term users. We are steady and loyal and deserve a break.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Very clean and safe.

Just started using my locker at Self Storage in south Mississauga. First time I have ever needed to use such storage facilities, and I am impressed at their setup. For the cost of a latte per day, it has really come in handy between moves. Midnight runs are now a common event, and the high locker fits everything I manage to bring to it. Truly amazed what others store here, as cars, boats, campers and parked moving trucks are all here. Wonder if Nick Burkhardt's camper is stored here? Great staff, great location, great price and I get to keep my cool disc lock. Front security gate does seem to stick halfway open when we arrive at the gate from time to time, so would ask Self Storage to see if the sensors need to be adjusted after someone leaves to ensure the gate fully closes.

I have been using Self Storage now for 3 months as I sold my home and the new home was getting renovations so we needed a place to store our belongings and Self Storage was great. The customer service here is fantastic, very professional and your questions are always answered satisfactory. I could access my things at anytime as we have an entrace access code. The storage facility is very clean and I did not see anything unacceptable. Overall this was a great first time experience.

As storage facilities go, Storwell in Mississauga has shown us the best customer service, is secure, clean and open 24/7 (very important when we forget something and need it 'now'). We've been customers for a number of years and the staff are always very pleasant, helpful and professional. Our units have always been clean, pest free, dry and well ventilated. When we added a unit staff were very helpful by arranging for the closest unit to our existing unit, making moving items easier and more convenient. Five stars!

My business partners and I used Storwell in Etobicoke as an alternative to renting a warehouse and from the first day, we were treated very well. After a year we no longer needed the storage unit but it was such a convenient location and clean facility. The entire office staff is very friendly and professional, especially Shelly. The entire experience was great and I will miss coming in to see the staff.

After looking at various competing large chain self storage locations, I'm very glad I chose Storewell.
The facility is large, clean, and well kept, as are the lockers. Access is easy and secure. The staff was extremely helpful with getting me something that met my needs and at a very good price! Despite me walking in 10 minutes to closing.
I feel comfortable recommending Storewell as a storage solution to friends.

I can't say enough about this place. The place is clean and secure and you have 24/7 access. Lockers are nicely kept and secure as well just like the facility. I can't say enough about the staff. This facility is very safe and secure, lighting and access lanes are maintained properly throughout the year. Overall good storage facility. But there is one thing for improvement. The snow removal, shovelling and salting is poor. It is difficult to go in and out of the parking with a large truck when proper maintenance is not taken care of immediately.

I actually planned to use another storage company, but changed my mind after dropping in at Storwell on Evans. I got a bigger locker at a better price, and the unit itself was easily accessible via truck and had an alarm.

Overall, a very positive experience. We had a storage unit for over a year. Had no problems day or night, getting access to the unit and the staff at the office were very experienced and always ready to help (even if it was just to get out of the cold and grab a coffee). I'd like to suggest just one area of improvement if possible.
During the evening hours it would be nice to have some sort of lighting facility. Otherwise you end up positioning your car so your headlights beam into the unit to help you locate something - how about a small light on a timer.
Otherwise, excellent. If I'm in need of storage again I would trust these guys to handle it for me.

I contacted Storwell when I had to downsize to an apartment. The office staff made me feel right at ease, joking around and encouraging me to try my luck at winning the iPad! :-) I was even offered tea and cookies~which was very welcome after my long day. My storage unit was clean and well-maintained, and I have had no problems getting my items into the facility, or getting things out when I need it. And, I feel very secure with the dual security entrance requirements.
I will have no problem recommending Storwell to anyone in the future.

Moving to a smaller place was made so much easier by the Storwell staff. They were professional and friendly with me and my children. They took the time to show me several units to determine the size I needed and were never pushy. I even had a problem once with my credit card and they gave me ample time to get it corrected. Amazing service, great price. Will be a customer for a long time! :)

Seldom write reviews but, compared to what I have experienced in the past, this is warranted!!
Location was recommended by a friend and so I just dropped by.
Place was clean, coffee was good and cookies a nice touch.
Got to see available units within 5 minutes of being on location
The place is brand new or at least looks that way...pretty sure its been there at couple of years at least
Opted for 10X15 with the assurance that I could switch on the fly if unit was too big
Three weeks in I did just that...rate was prorated for three weeks and move was done without extra charge...that's it! ( you do not need as much space as you probably think )
Basic contract, no long term commitments, place is clean, 24 hours, 24 hour phone number at gate that someone actually answers and great location if you traverse through the QEW
I have construction equipment and supplies, meaning that large vehicles easily can maneuver through different isles. The garage style doors, all of which are at ground level, make the entire unit completely available and very easy to access from you vehicle... a huge bonus if you're moving a lot of supplies!!
Having said that, the staff and relative cheap rates are the clincher..

I stored my furniture at Storwell for 3 months and the experience was seamless. The original registration was quick and easy, and I had zero issues with my furniture. The facility is clean and easy to access, right by the QEW, and the storage space I had was elevated of the ground floor to avoid any flooding, so good that even during the flooding we had in Toronto, my furniture was unaffected. Would strongly recommend.

I have been with the Etobicoke storage for over 9 years, and is extremely happy with it. And subsequently asked my company to rent storage space there too. The property is clean and very well taken care of. The climate control is amazing, after keeping my piano there for several years, it is still in tune. The staff are always helpful and courteous in person and over the phone. Though I moved out of the Etobicoke area a couple of years ago, I still have my keep my storage there.

Very pleasant experience,They showed you the actual size of the storage unit to see if it was suitable, then went through all the processes of filling out forms explaining each type, then providing the lock to secure the storage unit, all with a pleasant smile.

I have been a customer of Storwell for years and been very happy with their service. They have made every attempt to make my stay there painless. Access is easy night and day. Several times I have changed lockers and upgraded sizes and it was always easy. I was also able to borrow dollies, flat bed and other tools when I needed them with no questions asked. I highly recommend them.

I am very content with the service provided to me by Storwell's Mississauga location. Not only was it very easy to rent out a storage locker, but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. My experience with Storwell Self Storage and their staff was great from start to finish. They were helpful which made things run smoothly, were constantly accommodating our needs and were always always friendly which was nice cause it made things less stressful (as moving is). The storage itself is clean, secure and accessible (24/7). We had to find a storage that could accommodate a 72ft trailer tractor and Storwell was able to do that. Its right off the highway and u can drive right up to your unit as they are all ground floor. The tradeoff for this is that the units aren't climate controlled, but if you don't have temperature sensitive stuff then it doesn't matter.
When we had to move out there were no problems. It was really easy and fast without any surprise charges when it came time to pay at the end. Also, they have free coffee, tea and cookies, which I found very welcoming and took advantage of every time I came by the storage ;) Oh and did I mention the staff are really friendly? Overall, great place for your storage needs. I recommend it highly!

Very good storage facility with a plethora of units to meet a variety of needs. Pricing is quite reasonable, access to units is straight forward yet very secure. Service by the staff is always outstanding. Paddy is always very helpful and personable always accommodating any special requests. Overall great services from Storwell Scarborough.

Storwell Scarborough is a great facility, very nicely kept..I've been to other storage facilities that are dirty and gross but this is real nice..also, the girl who works during the daytime is very friendly and will help with anything you need..easy to get to, 24 hour access and very secure..would recommend to anyone!

I had no problems getting in and out any time. I felt very safe by myself. PADDY is amazing.

Needing to store one's belongings is not always the most pleasant experience. The people at Storwell Self Storage truly made that experience an uncomplicated, straightforward and manageable event for me. Shelly was fantastic over the phone and even better in person. She was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, extremely friendly and patient.
The storage unit I rented was clean and fairly spacious, but the most important thing was that I felt confident my belongings were safe and secure there. The building, office space, and entire property were immaculate and again, helped me feel that my belongings were in a clean, safe environment.
If I ever need to rent storage space in the future, there is no question in my mind that I would rent from this company again.

As a small business owner, I have used storage sites in a number of cities over the years. My experience with Storewell on Evans Ave. has been exceptional and the twenty four hour access is quite convenient for my schedule. Shelly, Ilona,and Jonathan are friendly, courteous and very helpful should any problems arise. I am happy to refer my friends to Storewell should they ever require the need.

I went to Storwell Mississauga in March looking for somewhere to store two Jeep Wrangler hard tops ...large, awkward things that would consume my entire garage otherwise...for the upcoming "soft top season". Storwell did an excellent job of assessing my needs and recommending the best solution...a month later we drove up with both jeeps, pulled the tops off in front of the storage unit, dropped them onto purpose-build dolleys and wheeled them into the unit. Turnaround was 20 minutes...well worth the money to have them locked up in someone else's garage. Will be back next summer for a similar unit...unless they go ahead and build the jeep top storage unit I recommended :)

From the first I entered this facility to inquire a unit till now, I always get the same warm welcome. This facility is very clean, I've looked at many and by far this is the cleanest, security is amazing also. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and always able to help me. I can never remember my locker number, however, Patty always knows, just to show how amazing the staff are.

I have to say Storwell is one of the best self storage in GTA.
The staffs are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They prepared dolly, bump truck,and even the tools for customer. They give you free locker, you do not need worry about it, just move in, that's it. In winter time, they clean, and salt the road, make sure the customer can access the locker easily. In summer time, you will see whole area is beautiful, like a garden. In their office, you will have water, coffee, and cookie.
It is very nice, clean, secure, and safe.
Paddy, I appreciate everything you did, and it's very nice experience.

We stored our overflow of inventory at Storwell Self Storage for about 6 months. The location was convenient. The storage spaces were clean and dry and easy to access. The garage doors are easy to open and it was an easy process to come and go any time we wanted to.
I received a notice that one of the two lockers we rented was going to increase in price as of a certain date. Ironically, the price was actually lower than what we were currently paying, so we paid less half way through the rental. Not sure if that was right, but we happily took the lower pricing.

My son had a storage unit here and suggested I rent one to store some items. An excellent recommendation. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The whole transaction was very professional and efficient. There is a good assortment of sizes to meet any needs. I thought the coffee and especially the chocolate chip cookies were an very nice touch. I feel all items are quite safe while in storage here.

We used Storwell for the last 2 months. We had an excellent experience with Storewell. The staff were so friendly. They took care of all our needs. Storing part of the whole moving process was such a relief with Storewell.
Easy access to the store rooms on the same level were the trucks can be parked seemed to be a great advantage to us. This made our move very easy.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks to all of you who helped us during this hectic time.

As a worker for more than 4 months in the different locations of Storwell Self Storage, and particularly the Scarborough location and having share with hundreds of clients during that time i can affirm without hesitation that it is a really secure, clean and affordable place to store, (the good vibes are all over the place). I researched storage facilities in Scarborough/Pickering online and decided to visit 3 different facilities within a few of kilometers of my home.
All the facilities had similar sized lockers and rates, but I selected Storwell due to the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. The manager went out of her way to help me get a better deal on a locker.
Storwell staff were the complete opposite of their competitors whose attitude was that I was intruding on their time and a nuisance for showing up making inquiries in person.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Oh, they also have free coffee & cookies, so don't forget stop in the office whenever you bring new stuff to your locker.

As a hobby, I buy storage unit at auctions - yes, just like on TV. When you're buying 3 or 4 units at a time and have to clean them out within a few days there is a moment of panic and the question, "What am I going to do with all this stuff?!?". That's where Storwell comes in, and I can honestly say they have always been there for me!
They are always able to accommodate my last minute requests for more space quickly and with little paperwork. They have numerous storage unit sizes available so you can find the right unit to fit your stuff and your budget. I love that you can give them 7 days notice at anytime in the month and they will refund the balance you have paid on the unit. Trust me when I say, other storage facilities will keep your whole month's rent no matter when you move out (I've checked)!
The 24 hr access has made it so easy to move items around when it's convenient for my schedule: no more rushing to storage unit to grab a few things before they close. The facility is clean, well lit, and incredibly accessible as it's so close to the highway. The security at the facility is top notch!
Lastly, the office always has a fresh pot of coffee on, cookies, and cold water available. Perfect for when you need to take a break from lugging boxes all day!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating.. My final move I realized all my stuff wouldn't fit into the current unit I had and they were able to get me another unit at a great price so I didn't have to move everything to another bigger unit and it was one less thing to worry about that day. I would definitely use them again.

I called earlier during the week to inquire about the storage unit & got an honest reply. Once at the site, Ilona showed me the unit, offered me coffee & cookies & eased my anxiety about renting the unit.
I got friendly, polite & efficient service from Ilona. I felt comfortable & confident about leaving my contents with storwell.

I love the service! It was the most reasonably priced option but with the highest quality. The facilities are clean, very well maintained and the staff was always helpful and available when I needed them. From getting signed up, to billing changes to closing my storage space. It's been almost two years. We appreciate the 24-hr access AND the security. We've always found the outside facilities clean, neat, and well lit. We do wish, however, that a light would be provided in the storage unit :( Very useful at night. Even the snow is cleared away quickly. The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. What was most pleasing was that we were remembered despite that we've only been to the office 4 times. Shelly is a great asset!

I park my commercial truck at the west Toronto location of Storwell and it's been nothing but a good experience. The employees are always helpful and willing to answer questions. The location is amazing being right on the Gardiner Expressway, and the grounds are always kept clean. I've never once had any issues entering or leaving through the automated gate system, which also keeps my mind at peace knowing the truck is at such a secure location and won't be tampered with when it is on the property. All other tenants have been courteous as well. Whether you need storage or parking as I have, this is a great location run by a knowledgable, helpful staff!

I have been at Storwell for over 18 months. I am very happy to where i chose to store my belongings, to the safe envoironment, to the excellent staff that are always happy to help me. I have never had gotten a storage unit before this one, i was a little nevorous at first on leaving my stuff in a storage. I visted a few different companies but after I went in to Storwell I met Christine and Patrick and from there I picked Storwell. Keep Up The Good Work Guys !

It has been 6 months since my boyfriend and I have been using the facilities at Storwell. I must confess that I was more than a bit skeptical about using storage facilities. However, I took the chance to meet with Shelly and I was given all the facts up front and was given a tour of the facility. Both Shelly and the Manager put fears to rest about me visiting the site at night. Since I work unusual hours, that was a great concern of my. There was never a time that I didn't feel welcome or safe while i visited this facility. Any questions or concerns, were always addressed immediately. The staff are wonderful and I know that I will always be greeted with a smile when I visit. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the facilities.

I've used this location twice now and I must say it is the best storage facility in Etobicoke. The pricing is unmatched, just like the service provided by all who work in their office, and the units are fantastic because they come in a variety of sizes and are extremely easy to access. The facility's security is really good and the keypad entry is so easy to use it makes the 24-hour accessibility even more convenient than you could imagine. I've recommended Storwell to friends and family, and even the man who just bought our house is using it before moving in. Great location, great staff, and great units. Not ever having to rent a storage locker before to renting multiple at once for the company I work for was a little intimidating. Everyone at Storwell was very patient and extremely helpful to the point that they made everything a piece of cake! From suggesting the perfect size of locker, helping keeping all the lockers close together to even assisting directing the trucks to the appropriate places.
The location is easy and traffic there is never a problem. I usually have to go there (a few times a week) with a cube van and have never had any problems coming or going.
The cleanliness is outstanding and in the winter they are very prompt in making sure all the roads to the lockers are clear. It's comforting to see the level of security there as well. Not only are there camera's and a gate but there is a police department nearby a well.
When it comes time to need a storage locker personally I will be going to Storwell and I have already recommended them to friends as well.
And there's coffee and cookies! :D

Your home away from home. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and can help you find the right storage for your belongings. Lots of well lit lockers with wide, easy access for vehicles to drop off items. Trucks have lots of room to maneuver. Free coffee and cookies, washroom facilities. The big signs on the buildings make it easy to find. 24 hour access and all one level. Dropping off and picking up your items is very easy when you can drive your car right up to the door of your locker. Highly recommend this storage facility. Thanks to all the wonderful people who work here.

Storwell in Scarborough service is excellent. From the moment we inquired, immediately we were offered a match on a competitor's offer. The space we rented was very clean when we moved in. Overall, I would recommend this to my friends because of their service, accessibility and security. The only incident I still do not understand was when I came in and inquired about moving out when my initial 3-month stay is over. I was told that that Friday was my last day since Saturday is the start of the new billing cycle. My credit card number was on file and I remember being told when we signed up that my CC will get charged automatically after my initial 3-month stay. When I returned two weeks later to move my stuff out, I found that there was an extra lock on my unit. I went to the office and asked why is there an extra lock on my unit. Staff checked out his computer but could not provide any reason why an extra lock was put on my unit.

It was a great experience to do storage at Storwell. The storage unit is clean, air conditioned and secure. The staff is very friendlyand courteous. Whatever happened with your storage they call you at the first place and explain carefully. And they also remind you of a past due amount. If I'm going to do storage again in the future, Storwell is definitly going to be my first choice.

My experience at Storwell was absolutely wonderful! I find with Storwell you get a secure, clean, air conditioned and affordable storage unit. Their staff is very friendly and courteous, even when calling to remind you of a past due amount lol, and always ready to greet you with a smile, . I have to say that their site manager Paddy Balgobin, is an amazing and delightful lady. She was a joy to meet when first acquiring my storage unit but sad to say goodbye to when subsequently emptying out my unit. Paddy was always sweet and friendly in person and on the phone. I felt a "friendship" of sorts develop over time during my time with Storwell. As I said Paddy, this isn't "Goodbye forever just for now." I will pop in every now and again just to keep you on your toes Lol ;)

I've used the Royal Windsor Storwell twice over the past ten years, and both times their service has been beyond reproach. The most recent time was last summer and they had actually improved their service: the information on the website was spot-on and the interaction with staff upon sign-up was excellent.
They've really got it together; if you're looking for temporary storage that is reasonably priced, I cannot recommend these folks highly enough!

Before I don't trust storage, somehow I have no place to go and it kind of last min. This storage offer me good price, and I start feel comfortable with that and put whole my stuff in there for since 11 months and I final got my own place and looking forward to have my stuff back and I feeling rat eat my stuff or it become mole and dirty. Once I came by and get whole my stuff out it was so neat!!!! I believe this storage is awesome!!!! IT ALL GOOD! Trust me, this storage is all neat, respect, and environment neat. I needed a storage unit for a short-term. I trusted Storwell to recommend the right size for me. They made everything very easy and certainly convenient. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Storwell on Evans is one of the best storage facilities in the city! Clean, and incredibly helpful staff, I kept my stuff there short term (< 3 months) and they were able to give me a great deal! Also a very safe location to go to late at night if needed. I highly recommend this location!

I had 2 units here for many years. Excellent customer service and clean, DRY, units. I would definitely store here again should the need arise. They may seem a little pricier than other storage solutions but more than make up the value in quality and convenience.

Storwell Self Storage was convenient in terms of location, clean, dry and secure. If I need temporary starage in future I would certainly consider this facility.

Great service, great people. Never had any issues with the staff or the unit. Moved from a big unit to a smaller one, and it was a quick switch over. 24 hr accessibility to the units and I believe the owner lives on site, so is there for any urgent matters.
Enjoyed our time a Storwell. It's a bit pricey, but I would still recommend to others.

When I moved out to Vancouver I had to put my belongings in storage for a while until i was settled in here. I kept my stuff with Storwell for about a year. Their staff is always courteous and their facility is very clean. And they always have free cookies!

So I've used Storwell twice in the past four years, and if I ever need a storage unit in the future I will probably use them again. I love that the facility is available 24 hours a day, close to the highway, never had a problem with my unit, and they take care of everything. There have been 1 or 2 billing issues with their automated billing system over the years, but they proactively call me to let me know and correct it, so I can't really complain about that. I do wish it was cheaper, but then again I wish everything in life was cheaper. If you're looking for a good, reliable storage place, this is definitely one to consider.

It starts the moment you walk in the door - with a smile so warm and friendly it can brighten up a dull day. Good coffee, fresh cookies, clean restroom, clean facilities - all the time - and a VERY convenient location. Well laid out, secure, brightly lit and comfortable - even at night. With contributions to good community causes, they are the complete package! The longer you stay, the more you will thank yourself for making this decision.

Storwell has been very helpful to me in all areas. The web has provided me with a ton of info and when I have questions, they respond quickly and professional. I would highly recommend Storwell over it's competition. They are top notch!
